Diclofenac

 Diclofenac is a type of medicine known as Non steroidal anti inflammatory drug (NSAID).It is used to relieve inflammation (swelling),pain and joint stiffness. Available as - Tablet, injection and gel. Uses- 1- Use to treat aches and pain such as joint pain, muscular pain and pain associated with bones. 2- Rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis and gout. 3-Relieve pain from musculoskeletal injuries. How to use -As directed by the physician or pharmacist.It is taken before or after meal. Dosage - Adult- 50 mg orally 2-3 times a day or 75 mg orally 2 times a day. Maximum daily dose- 150 mg Parenteral administration- Intravenous infusion (IV) or Intramuscular (IM)- 75 mg in an ampoule given IM or IV repeated after 6 hours if needed. Don't exceed 150 mg in 24 hours. Ibuprofen (Brufen)

 Ibuprofen is a type of medicine known as a non steroidal anti inflammatory drug (NSAID).It is used to decrease swelling, pain or fever. Available As- Tablets and liquid solutions. Uses-It is used to relieve pain from headache, migraine, dental pain, menstrual cramps and arthritis. It is also used to reduce fever. It is also used to decrease swelling. How to use- As directed by the physician or pharmacist. It is taken after or before meals orally with a glass of water. Dosage- Adults- 200mg-400 mg orally every 4-6 hours as needed. Pediatric dosage- 4-10 mg/kg/dose   every 6-8 hours. Paracetamol

 Paracetamol also called as Acetaminophen belongs to a group of medicines known as analgesic (Pain killer; दर्द निवारक) and antipyretic (reduce fever; ताप नाशक). Available As -  Tablet, Capsule,Oral liquid, Injection. Uses-  (1) It is used to relieve mild and moderate pain. (2) It is used to reduce raised body temperature in fever. How to take- Before or after meals. As directed by the physician or pharmacist. Recommended dosage- For adults- 500 mg to 1 gram every 4-6 hours for a maximum of 4 doses daily.
